Tangerine
Tangerine Essential Oil supports healthy digestion and metabolism when used internally. It has a long history of use in Chinese culture and herbal health practices. This oil is known for its cleansing properties, as well as supporting a healthy immune and respiratory system when ingested. You can also add this to your desserts, water, and fruit smoothies. Tangerine is incredibly supportive to the liver and that is one of the reasons it is in the daily Healthy Habits Kits.
I add a citrus oil to my water daily. doTERRA has formulated citrus oils to be safe for internal use. Any doTERRA Essential Oil with supplemental facts on the back are safe for internal use. Keep this oil by your sink and add a two to three drops to a big glass of water first thing in the morning. This will help to gently cleanse and detox the body and get everything moving.

Aromatically this oil has a tangy, sweet, and fresh scent.

I use this oil by placing one drop under my tongue each morning. Fair warning, this oil does have an earthy taste and may be off putting. If you aren’t crazy about the taste, you can take it by adding it to a veggie capsule and taking that daily. Personally, I have grown to enjoy the taste. No matter how you choose to take Frankincense is going to help support healthy inflammatory levels ad healthy neurological system.

We apply this oil to our daughter’s feet each morning as she is on her way out the door for school. You can also use this oil internally by placing a drop under your tongue or by adding it to a veggie capsule. However you decide to use this oil, try to get it on or in your body at least once a day during those fall and winter months.

Ingredients

Lavender

I recommend using this oil on the bottoms of your feet at nighttime before bed and diffusing it in your bedroom around 30 minutes before you plan to go to bed. Both previous tips can help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep. We know that getting enough sleep is incredibly important to overall wellness, if you aren’t sleeping well, you probably don’t feel well.

Deep Blue Rub
