This blend contains the following ingredients: Spruce Leaf, Ho Wood Leaf, Frankincense Resin, Blue Tansy Flower, Blue Chamomile Flower, and Osmanthus Flower essential oils in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil.
This blend is great for bringing harmony to the mind and body. You can use this oil to kick off the day, by applying it to the wrists and neck of your kids before they go to school.

Steady is ideal for daily centering as well as for times when feelings of anxiousness creep in (think before a test or before a performance). Rubbing Steady on the neck and wrists will calm and comfort emotions so be sure to send this with your child when they are in need of a little steadying.
Tamer
This blend is essential to have for times of tummy distress. Maybe something from lunch didn't agree with your child or there is stomach flu going around school. Whatever the case may be, I highly recommend having one of these in your child’s backpack for any digestion issues.
It’s been a summer full of sleeping in, but now that school is back in session, you will want a roller blend to help wake the family up and get going for the day.
Create a Rise and Shine Blend

Oils for Sleep
Waking up early, long days at school, and homework means our kids need good quality sleep.
Here are some rough estimates of how much sleep children should be getting; this is especially important for school nights.
Children 3-5: 10-13 hours to include naps
School aged children 6-12: 9-12 hours
Teens 13-18: 8-10 hours
Serenity
Serenity is doTERRA’s restful blend, it was specifically designed to help you get a more restful night’s sleep.
This oil is a proprietary blend of Lavender Flower. Cedarwood, Ho Wood Lead, Ylang Ylang Flower, Marjoram Leaf, Roman Chamomile Flower, Vetiver Root, Vanilla Bean Absolute, and Hawaiian Sandalwood.
Add serenity to the bottoms of your kids feet before bed, this will help the oil to soak into the pores and bloodstream to relax the body.
Vetiver
This is an oil that is exceptionally calming, especially to people or kiddos who have trouble focusing during the day.
This could be used during the day behind the ears on the bottom of the feet and in the diffuser. Vetiver oil is an earthy smelling oil.
Apply this to the bottoms of kids feet or diffuse in their bedrooms before bedtime.

Keeping it Clean!
Rosemary - A powerful cleanser that also supports healthy digestion, respiratory function, and mental focus.
OnGuard Cleaner Concentrate - Contains rosemary, eucalyptus, wild orange, clove, and cinnamon essential oils.
One bottle of doTERRA On Guard Concentrated Cleaner can make 12, 12 oz bottles of cleaner. Grab a glass bottle, I typically upcycle my kombucha bottle and then buy the sprayer heads from Amazon.
To make an all-surface cleaner add 1 tablespoon to a 12 oz glass bottle and then fill it up with water. The directions on the bottle say to 2 tablespoons of the concentrated cleaner for 24oz, so for a 12 oz bottle you would use 1 tablespoon.
You can use this to clean backpacks, bottoms of shoes, toys, and more.
