Ginger
Ginger is great for digestion and upset stomach. You can use this oil by adding it to the bottoms of your feet, applying it directly to your stomach, inhaling the aroma by placing a drop on your hands and cupping your hands over your mouth and nose, or you can add this oil to an empty vegetable capsule and take it like a pill.
Clove
Clove Essential Oil is great to use when experiencing bloating, indigestion, or discomfort. When taken internally, this oil can help stimulate the enzymes which promotes good digestion.
Peppermint Softgels
Provides digestive relief to the lower intestines, supports overall digestive health and whole-body wellness. Make sure to take this 30-60 minutes before eating, taking this supplement with food can cause heartburn.

Colon health is vital to living a long and healthy life. The digestive tract, especially the colon, is the sewer system of the body; and that system requires regular cleaning if you want to stay healthy.
Signs of a toxic colon include irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, stomach pain, lack of energy, digestive problems…
It has been said that a toxic colon contributes to almost every disease suffered by the human race.
The truth is we take in toxins every day, it’s in the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the water we drink. That coupled along with a typical American diet that is low in fiber can lead to a toxic colon.
