Lifelong Vitality Supplements
This three-pack supplement comes with a whole food-based multivitamin. Our food is no longer as nutritious as it used to be and our soils are depleted, so it's hard to get all our nutrients from food even if you are a super healthy foodie.
In the three pack you will also find a high-quality Omega-3 supplements. Omega-3s are good for brain health, neurological connective tissue, and even emotions. It is really important to take a good Omega-3 each day. TerraZyme
What is TerraZyme good for?
- Healthy digestion
- Metabolize processed foods

It is recommended that TerraZyme be taken with food, which is going to help you absorb nutrients better, improve digestion, and clear out the little microvilli that are in your intestines. They will also help regulate your bowel movements.
Having regular bowel movements is a sign of a healthy colon and TerraZyme can help with that regulation.
Unrelated to the digestive systems as I mentioned above metabolic enzymes are responsible for cell growth, cell repair, and cell maintenance. Which means that TerraZyme can also help to heal wounds more efficiently by promoting cell growth.
I was drawn to TerraZyme because I was having significant breakouts that required different medications and treatments. I started to use some of the essential oils that are good for healing skin, the Lifelong Vitality, and then TerraZyme. I think the TerraZyme was key in calming my skin and promoting healing.

PB Assist+
PB Assist is a high-quality probiotic that you can take on a daily basis to help support your gut Biome. It used a patent technology that will allow these probiotics to digest in your lower GI instead of your stomach, which is where we really need probiotics. A lot of the foods we eat that contain probiotics break down in the stomach and the probiotics never make it to the lower GI.
